Terms of Service

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Castle solely for your personal non-commercial use.

These features include the option to watch live TV channels, stream video, download titles for offline watching, create favorites and alter playback preferences as well as access over-the-top (OTT) content.

Expressly prohibited are commercial uses, such as public exhibiting, the resale of Castle’s services, and the profit-driven redistribution of material directly resulting from those services.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following unlawful conduct:

• Modify, or reverse engineer Castle code, security functionality, or features;
• Steal & redistribute or copy the content protected with rights of use on the platform without authorization from respective owners of rights;
• Upload/send illegal, hate speeching or defamatory material contrary to laws of Indian law(s);
• Use unlicensed modified versions or new tools including those distributing pirated APKs for classifying your work;
• Use other third party programs including all that are known as usage abuse — may involve copyright / streaming measures abuse by misuse of features which manage protection policy compliance.

All content on Castle, which includes TV channels, movies, web series, sports broadcasts and over-the-top (OTT) content is the property of their respective right holders.

Castle is providing this content to you and you do not have any ownership rights.

Downloaded content is intended for offline use within the app only; it cannot be shared, distributed or stored on other devices.

We are not liable if a third-party user accesses content through the platform and it results in accusations of copyright infringement.

Castle is provided “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied. We make no assurances that specific content will be available, streaming without errors, compatibility to all devices or uninterrupted service.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, content or the platform itself at any time without prior notice to you, including through routine upgrades designed to improve performance and add titles.

Use of Castle is at your own risk, and the liability to you, if any, for losses (direct losses, indirect losses, incidental or consequential losses including buffering, unavailable material and device malfunctions) is in no way an obligation on that of our company.

We can immediately suspend or terminate your access to Castle, if you violate these terms or Indian law.

When you get rid of Castle, the old files that you downloaded have to be deleted as does usage of it.

After termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will be in force.

These terms shall be governed by Indian law and the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute involving these terms.

However, we may change these Terms from time to time; if so, we will submit a new version along with a fresh date and your continued access to Castle signifies that you consent to the amended Terms.
